Medium bodied with a fine silky texture, bright acidity and a long red berry finish. Bottled & released early, with no barrel age to be enjoyed fresh! Enjoy at room-temperature or cellar temperature, at 12-14˚ Celsius.
Pinot Rouge is an homage to the harvest each year, 100% pinot noir, made in a “nouveau style”, botted and released early without oak ageing, 2023 vintage released on the full moon, 2nd of August 2023.
