Amor Amor Cabernet Sauvignon NV (Spain)
- Dark berries
- Plum
- Cassis
- Soft tannins
Nice cherry colour with a violet shade. It has aromas of blueberry and cassis on the nose. Fruit flavors of black cherries and plum. Well-balanced, with soft tannins leading to a long, persistent finish.
In the province of Cuenca near central Spain, our vineyard is located in an area where wine culture has been around for decades. It sits in an altitude of 800 meters above sea level. The continental mediterranean climate of this territory brings plenty of sunlight to the vineyard, and the clay soil retains water, essential for the health of the vines.
Like all of our wines, Amor Amor is organically made and vegan certified. Pesticides, herbicides, chemicals or synthetic fertilizers are not used on our soil, and therefore the wines are free of any trace of them. The application of organic agriculture practices to produce grapes allows our wines to have the best possible quality. It also grants the wine a more faithful reflection of the local terroir and the natural flavours of the grape.
Amor Amor Cabernet Sauvignon is produced on our estate from organically grown grapes. Night harvested and cold macerated before fermenting.
Food Pairing: Beef, lamb or poultry are good choices to try with this wine; add gorgonzola sauce for an even better pairing.
