Specially selected from our estate-owned vineyards throughout the Hawke’s Bay region, we combine robust Cabernet Sauvignon with soft Merlot and a touch of Malbec resulting in a full flavoured dry red with easy drinking appeal.
On skins with careful cap management to avoid over extraction. A period in tank post ferment to aid integration of tannins.
