Golden hue. Aromas abound from the glass, with notes of green apples, ripe yellow peaches and hints of chamomile and lemon zest. Bright acidity is balanced by rich creaminess, while flavors of classic baked apple tart, lemon meringue pie and custard meld in harmony. With a long, textured finish, the wine wraps up with touches of soft allspice and enchanting vanilla.
Fermented sur lie for 12 months in 28% new French oak and 61% in a combination of new and one-year-old American oak.

Their vineyards are based around the Sacramento, Delta Basin.These wines really are bursting with ripe flavour and must be tried.
