Brancott Estate South Island Pinot Noir 2020
Garnet red in colour this wine exhibits a mix of red cherry and dark berry fruit aromas with a slight cinnamon-like spicy complexity, dry herbs and hints of oak toast on the nose. It delivers sweet cherry fruit on the palate overlaying tobacco and liquorice spice notes. On the palate it presents a velvet textural structure with fruit and hints of spicy toast supporting this into the finish.
At Brancott Estate, we've had an eye on the future right from the start. From purchasing land across Marlborough and planting the region's first Sauvignon Blanc vines, to building a world-class winery and exporting globally – our forward-thinking mindset shapes everything we do. We want to inspire others to see the world with fresh eyes.
Food Pairing: This Pinot Noir will perfectly suit duck dishes and red meat dishes incorporating mushrooms.
