A shiny, cherry red colour in the glass with beautiful ripe red fruit and plum aromas balanced by a smoky, liquorice hint. On the palate, this wine is easy drinking with smooth tannins and very fruity flavours. Finishes long with an elegant aftertaste.
Made of 100% organic Monastrell on vines aging 25+ years. Harvested in October of 2019, fermented for ten days at 28 degrees celcius with malolcatic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Pair with pizza with rich tomato sauces and savoury cheese, spicy chicken wings, salmon or grilled sardines.
