This wine is intense and shiny with a decadent cherry red colour. On the nose, it blooms pleasant, ripe, red fruit aromas, sweet spices (liquorice). It has very elegant and wooden notes that do not cover the intense fruitiness. It is well-balanced, fresh, with elegant soft tannins and a good acidity. The finish is long and well structured. 

This wine is 100% Monastrell, aging for 6 months in oak barrels. Short pruning in Bush trained vines. This was harvested on September 2018 and fermented for 8-10 days in 24-26 degree temperatures, in stainless steel tanks. 

This wine is vegan friendly! 

Food Pairing: Pair with lamb, meat stews, grilled meats in general, spiced food, cured cheese & assorted tapas.
