An easy drinking Merlot that will please your palate with every sip! The nose is fruity with notes of ripe blackberry, black cherry and plum with hints of violets. The palate is dense with supple tannins, balanced by a delicate acidity. The fruit aromas are still present in the mouth with flavours of black plum with spices.
Merlot grapes grown on limestone terraces and gravel in the Languedoc region of France.
The grapes are destemmed before undergoing fermentation which takes place at a temperature of 28° C for 12 days with daily pumping over for maximum color and flavor extraction. The wine is racked twice at the end of the fermentation.
Food Pairing: Can be drunk on its own or paired with a meaty dish.
