"A fine and classic bouquet with layers of fruit pruity and fiesse, white and yellow peach, apple and some nectarine scents. Lighter finer layers of oak with gentle scents of vanilla then a nut and bitter quality. Dry and fruity on the palate with flavours that reflect the bouquet. The oak is more apparent with some new wood tautness, contrasting core fruit flavours and weight, fine wood tannins and lengthy satin cream finish. best drinking from late 2023 through 2027+" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier, Dec 2022

Pale gold/straw. Toasty oak aromatics, hints of melon and stonefruit. Rich and ripe, well balanced modern style with creamy oak notes. Drink on release or age for 3-5 years.

When ripe the grapes are machine harvested at night, pressed, the juice is gel floated and inoculated with D47 yeast. Cool ferment is followed by full malolactic fermentation in the presence of an oak fan to touch the wine with oak.

Food Pairing: Great on its own or served with seafood and white meat dishes.
