Lifted aromas of nectarine and peach combine with a hint of lemon curd and freshly baked biscuits. Medium bodied with a soft round palate displaying ripe white peach, fig and vanilla bean. Perfect for drinking now or with careful cellaring will continue to develop over the next 3-4 years.

This wine is sourced from vineyards throughout Marlborough and harvested in the coolness of the evening to maintain fresh flavours. Some parcels of fruit were fermented in oak with a portion undergoing secondary fermentation to assist with softening the palate and adding complexity.

Food Pairing: Well matched with salmon fishcakes and a fresh green salad.
