This vibrant Pinot Noir has aromas of ripe raspberry and subtle spices. The palate is fruit forward with flavours of black cherry and red berries, and a toasty oak finish. A beautifully balanced wine with subtle oak, and followed by a succulent palate that is rounded and smooth.
Fruit was sourced from a number of specifically chosen low cropping vineyards planted in the Southern Valleys region of Marlborough. Leading up to harvest each vineyard was closely monitored and tasted to determine when the flavours were at their optimum and then harvested In the cool of the morning.
Food Pairing: Works beautifully with smoked salmon and a green bean salad.
