The perfect introduction to white wine. This is a fresh, fruity grape and styles vary from light and fresh, to heavily-oaked, buttery, tropical-fruit-flavoured wines, tends to taste like melon, peach, citrus and other stone fruits.
Because of its positive fruit flavours Chardonnay lends itself to oak. It is often stored, and sometimes fermented, in small French oak barrels. Differing degrees of wood-char add toastiness, nuttiness and smokiness.
Proudly made from only the best selected South Eastern Australian wine grapes. This premium alcohol removed wine contains less than 0.5% alcohol by volume, well below the international standard for non-intoxicating, and a level similar to that found in natural fruit juices.
Food Pairing: Fish, chicken, veal, pork, white sauce pastas, mild cheese or just on its own.
