Edenvale Alcohol Removed Sauvignon Blanc NV (Australia)

Edenvale Alcohol Removed Sauvignon Blanc NV (Australia)

Pale yellow with a slight youthful green hue. Definitive capsicum, ripe gooseberry and green herbaceous fruit aromas. The palate is flavoursome with capsicum, herbaceous and citrus flavours. The wine is not bone dry and the flavours linger on a refreshing acid finish.

Proudly made from only the best selected South Eastern Australian wine grapes. This premium alcohol removed wine contains less than 0.5% alcohol by volume, well below the international standard for non-intoxicating, and a level similar to that found in natural fruit juices.

Food Pairing: Edenvale’s Sauvignon Blanc is perfect with fish, sushi, sashimi, smoked salmon or raw barely cooked tomato such as gazpacho, tomato consommé or tomato vinaigrettes. Young goats’ cheeses also marry well with the herbaceous flavours, as do salads and other fresh-tasting dishes with lettuces, avocados, tomatoes, green onions. Mexican foods, air-dried hams, simply grilled chicken and even lamb all combine well with this Sauvignon’s grassy herbaceous character.

Less than 0.5% Alcohol: Zero standard drinks.
