An aromatic Sauvignon Blanc with passionfruit, citrus and freshly chopped herbs. The palate is crisp and dry with concentrated fruit characters making it the ideal, refreshing glass of wine. 100% certified sustainable and made in our certified carbon zero winery.
From several of our vineyard sites across the Marlborough region, we were able to select plenty of delicious blend components to make this wine all of which echo the ripe, juicy flavours that we tasted in the grapes. After gently pressing, the juice from each block was fermented in stainless-steel at cool temperatures to retain the pronounced aromatics and passionfruit characters. The wine was then blended and bottled.
Food Pairing: Ideal on its own or with seafood, salads, dishes with fresh summer herbs, soft cheeses, and as a contrast to richer dishes such as those with creamy sauces.
