Incredibly refined and elegant, our Kelly Washington Pinot Blanc shows a wonderful synergy between vibrancy of fruit, phenolic structure, and texture. Seamlessly dry and lengthy, the wine shows off nicely the minimal intervention in winemaking practise, yet is also expressive and fleshy, with ample concentration.

A memorable season across all of our wine growing regions, with a cooler flowering period contributing to smaller bunches and berries. The proceeding ripening period was absolutely stellar, with beautiful sunny days and cool nights producing ripe, clean fruit loaded with natural concentration and vibrancy.

100% whole bunch pressed with minimal settling. Fermentation commenced naturally after 4 days, on full lees, with wholly native yeast in 2 neutral puncheons and 1 third fill French Oak barrique. After fermentation, the wine remained on full lees for 10 months, in puncheons and barrique. 100% natural malolactic fermentation.
