Pale lemon. Lifted aromatics of ripe tropical fruits, a hint of citrus and freshly cut herbs. Crisp, juicy acidity and concentrated tropical fruit and citrus flavours.
The grapes are crushed and destemmed then direct pressed with minimal skin contact. The clarified juice is fermented at cool temperatures and left for a brief period to settle, before being racked, blended and bottled early in order to retain its bright primary fruit characters. A special process of natural distillation was utilised to remove the alcohol from the wine.
