Made from 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 20% Carignan and 10% Grenache. (The Grenache is from 30+ year old vines). This lovely southern French red has a delicate, elegant nose with red fruit aromas. Notes of blackberry, chocolate and liquorice on the palate. Soft, harmonious and well-balanced. Oodles of drinkability.

Blackcurrants, smoked herbs, licorice, and some bloody meatiness all emerge from the 2019 Côtes Du Roussillon Villages Old Vine. It's medium to full-bodied, plush, and sexy on the palate, with a wonderful sense of seamlessness.

Highly aromatic notes of ripe black and red fruits. In the mouth, it has a smooth fruity start with concentrated red fruit flavours perfectly balanced with oak notes and a nice acidity. The fresh, yet fine tannins take over at finish, where flavours of spice and liquorice dominate. A blend of Touriga Franca, Castelão, Syrah & Tinta Roriz – again, just think richly fruited, smooth as silk red.

Canapi is back! After a couple of years in the shadows this juicy easy drinking red is back by popular demand, and the great news is that it has just been awarded a Gold Medal!
We're in love with the great value wines of Sicily. And nothing we've found so far is a better advertisement for them than the 'Canapi' wines. One of our biggest-selling wines, Canapi Nero d'Avola is fantastic example of the ripe, plummy, super easy-drinking reds that are coming out of Sicily these days.
