A champagne like appearance in the glass. This cider showcases an aromatic medley of pink lady, red delicious, jonathan, and red apple aromas. Light and refreshing. Good apple notes with nice hints of caramelised apple and a natural brown sugar inflexion. Slightly dry on the finish with excellent low acidity for balance.
Kopparberg Apple is still made to this day using the original Swedish recipe from 1930. The result is a pure, mild cider that goes down easy on a dry, hot day. Naturally sweet and lip-smacking delicious.
Kopparbergs Bryggeri was established in 1882 in Kopparberg, Sweden. 36 craft brewers joined forces to what today still remains as Kopparbergs Bryggeri. Generations of local families have worked for the brewery and their people will always be one of their keys to success.
