Inky espresso, in colour the Karken Rum is the world’s only ink black spiced rum. There is nutmeg, vanilla and cinnamon tfound on the nose and dark chocolate, clove, christmas cake, toffee on the plalate. The taste offers a slight mouth tingle with no fire-edge, whilst the finish is long with lingering cinnamon and coffee notes.

The Kraken is made from a blend of light, molasses-based rums produced in Trinidad and Tobago. The Kraken is infused with 11 different herbs and spices. The rum is 40% ABV and the higher alcohol concentration means that less water is added to reduce it to its bottling proof - this results in more of its natural flavours remaining intact.
