Our Sauvignon Blanc vineyards are all elevated hillside vineyards exposed to the cooling sea breezes and grown on volcanic influenced soils. The fruit is all dry grown and hand harvested before being gently whole bunch pressed. The juice is racked clear and fermented with cultured yeasts, filtered and bottled in the winter.
