The palate is vibrant and well balanced, and shows typical Marlborough Sauvignon flavours including passionfruit and nectarine with a lingering zesty finish. A succulent wine drinking beautifully now or up to two years from vintage date.
Fruit for delicious lighter Sauvignon Blanc was picked up to six weeks earlier than normal, whilst sugar levels in the grapes were low. The resulting wine is naturally lighter in alcohol and displays fragrant aromas of tropical fruit and fresh citrus.
Food Pairing: Great as an aperitif or matched with poached scallops and wasabi dressing.
