  • Juicy melon
  • Lemon curd
  • Full & round
  • Lingering finish

"It's delightfully appealing on the nose with rockmelon, vanilla, roasted cashew and subtle spice aromas, followed by a succulent palate offering smooth texture and rounded mouthfeel. Elegantly structured by bright acidity, making it charming and immediately drinkable" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Jan 2024

This Marlborough Chardonnay has fresh aromas of ripe rock melon and lemon curd. The palate is round and full, brimming with flavours of juicy melon and white peach. Soft citrus undertones contribute to a dry, lingering finish.

The fruit for this wine was selected from vineyards across the Marlborough region. The grapes were monitored until peak ripeness where they were harvested and transported to the winery. The grapes were pressed, settled, racked and inoculated with a selected yeasts and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine was further developed using oak staves and chips. After completing a 100 percent malolactic fermentation, the wine was aged for 8 months then lightly fined and prepared for bottling.

Food Pairing: An exceptionally versatile wine, this Chardonnay will complement a wide range of dishes including chicken or fish in creamy or butter-based sauces.
