The fruit for this wine was selected from vineyards across the Marlborough region. The grapes were monitored until peak ripeness where they were harvested and transported to the winery. The grapes were pressed, settled, racked and inoculated with a selected yeasts and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine was further developed using oak staves and chips. After completing a 100 percent malolactic fermentation, the wine was aged for nine months then lightly fined and prepared for bottling.
