The fruit for this wine is sourced from premium Wairarapa vineyards, where the cool dry climate and free draining soils produce outstanding Pinot Noir . Careful canopy management and naturally low yields ensured ripe fresh fruit at harvest.
The harvested fruit was cool fermented with an inclusion of whole bunch to enhance perfume and fruitiness.The ferments were then pressed and aged in stainless steel tanks and older barrels to maintain vibrancy before blending and preparation for bottling.
