Mount Fishtail Marlborough Pinot Noir 2025 (Export Wine)

Mount Fishtail Marlborough Pinot Noir 2025 (Export Wine)

"Delightfully fruited and complex, the fragrant bouquet features dark cherry, tapenade, warm spice, and rich floral aromas. It’s succulent and plump in the mouth, delivering velvety texture and fine-grained tannins, making it wonderfully harmonious and fabulously drinkable. At its best: now to 2030" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit

A finely structured Pinot Noir with a core of dark cherry and plum, layered with dried herbs, earthy mineral notes, and subtle spice. The palate is supple and textural, with fine-grained tannins and a fresh acid line driving length and balance.

Fruit was harvested in the cool of the morning and fermented in small batches with gentle extraction to preserve aromatics and structure. The wine was matured in French oak barriques to build texture, complexity, and length.

Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with roasted lamb, duck, grilled mushrooms, or slow-cooked meats. Also complements hard cheeses and earthy, savoury dishes.
