This 2023 Rosé has flavours as fresh and bright as the pastures overlooked by Mt Olympus itself. This wine has delicate aromas of raspberry and cherry blossom. Red hedgerow fruits shine through on the palate with a rich and creamy mid palate and hints of cream on the finish.
The Mt Olympus Rosé is made from grapes grown in selected vineyards across Marlborough’s maritime and cool climate sub regions, including the Wairau valley. Grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness and cool fermented to retain fresh fruit characters and zing. Perfect for drinking immediately this wine is at its best over the next 2-3 years.
