- Delicate
This is a fruit driven, easy drinking Pinot Noir with juicy dark fruits and delicate savoury notes. Aromas of ripe raspberry, red plum and savoury olive notes. A fruit forward palate of black cherry and raspberries, with herbal characters and a hint of smoky toast on the finish.
The fruit was machine harvested from various Pinot Noir sites in Marlborough’s Southern Valleys area. Fruit was then fermented and matured in stainless steel tanks, with some old oak components used to add additional richness and complexity.
Food Pairing: This wine is a delightful match with roast lamb dishes and one sure to be enjoyed around the dinner table!
