A silky tannin structure with a long and savoury finish. This wine can happily be enjoyed currently or cellared for an additional 3-5 years to enhance its complexity.
The fruit was sourced from various Pinot Noir vineyards throughout Marlborough’s Southern Valleys. The wine was fermented in a combination of stainless steel with some portion of old oak used to add a hint of spice and complexity to this wine.
Food Pairing: A juicy and delicious red wine perfectly paired with roast chicken with triple cooked potatoes and roasted green vegetables.
