It has tropical fruit flavours like gooseberry and passionfruit threaded with lime and mineral notes. An intense and persistent Martinborough Sauvignon Blanc.
Grown in their Pirinoa Block in Martinborough.
Conditions over the second half of the 2021 growing season were near to perfect, however cool, damp weather during flowering, resulted in yields being down 50% overall compared to an average yielding year. The result – great fruit – but not much of it.
Their Sauvignon Blanc is cool fermented in stainless steel tanks.
