Loads of fresh plums and boysenberry with a bright red fruits. Silky smooth tannins with just a touch of oak. Gorgeous texture and a nice light-bodied structure.

Grown in Paki Paki on north facing limestone hillsides, this is a fresh, fruit forward style of Syrah, made to drink chilled. Light and fragrant and perfect for Summer.

Fermented with indigenous yeast, using a pied de cuve from the vineyard. Fermented to dryness and then given 7 days of post ferment maceration to allow the tannins to balance. Pressed off and aged in stainless steel tanks before being bottled unfined and coarsely filtered.
