Soft and creamy to the initial taste, followed by cinnamon, clove and fruit notes resulting in an almost mince pie-like flavour profile. Cardamom, coriander, clove and cinnamon spice lead to a crisp, refreshing and long finish.

Spicier, sweeter and more intense, it’s a decadent trip back to the last days of the Raj, the 1947 edition is made precisely to our original recipe, as it was written down in Mount Mary, Bombay, in 1947.
