A blend of 98% Merlot lifted with a touch of Cabernet Franc and Syrah for lifted floral aromatics. Soft, food friendly and hugely drinkable now, but with the weight and concentration to cellar for 5-8 years if you must.
98% Merlot, 1% Cabernet Franc and 1% Syrah. Spur pruned VSP trellis cropped at 2.0-3.1 kg/vine. Trimmed fruit zone leaf plucked. Machine harvested at 24.1-24.6⁰ Brix.
Destemmed to tank. Part hand plunged and part pumped over. Pressed to tank for MLF then matured in oak barrels prior to bottling.
