Lifted citrus, with clear grapefruits and ripe lemon notes; subtle white flowers perfume and a nice minerality in finale. Elegant structure with a good concentration and a ripe acid line that enhance the persistence. Bright citrus flavour: lemon, pink grapefruit, some nice aromatics notes from the passion fruit. 1 to 3 years age potential.

The cool climate of this region is ideal for the production of Sauvignon Blanc (20 hectares, first vintage 2012).
