Primitivo grapes are grown in San Marzano (TA), Salento, Puglia. The area is about 100 m above sea level, with high average temperatures and medium-low rainfall.
The grapes are macerated in thermo-controlled tanks and allowed to ferment for about 10 days with selected yeasts. Aged in French and American oak barrels for 6 months.
