Santa Ana Reserve Malbec 2019 (Argentina)

  • French oak
  • Mineral
  • Black pepper
  • Chewy tannins

Purple coloured in the glass. The nose offers up pain grillé, minerals, plums and black cherries notes with a touch of black pepper. The palate is soft and round, with ripe, saturated berry flavors. It displays a spicy full finish with chewy tannins.

With over 120 years experience in the wine industry, this winery was one of the first to be founded in Argentina. All along, innovation has been our determinant attribute, as well as a key element to positioning themselves before the ever shifting consumer preferences. Technology and state-of-the-art winemaking techniques are driving forces for the company at present and signal their future. Their history speaks of who they are today and why their wines get increasingly selected in the domestic and foreign markets.

Hand harvested, with fermentation and maceration for over 25 days. Pneumatic pressing, natural malolactic fermentation and aging for 6 months in French and American oak barrels before filtering and bottling.

Food Pairing: Ideal to serve with cheeses, red meats, mushrooms, stews and Argentinian "Asado".
