"Bright, even pale-yellow with a light gold hue. The nose is soft and elegant, poised aromas of yellow stonefruit, citrus melded with subtle nougat and vanillin. Medium-bodied, nuances of stonefruit entwined with a hint of grapefruit zest, followed by subtle vanilla and almond nougat nuances. The palate is clean and elegant, filled with fruit's purity; a little dusting of oak element dressed the wine in classy beige, reminiscent of almond nougat and vanilla cream. Subtle fine-textured phenolic added to the mouthfeel, followed by a crisp finish. This is an elegant Chardonnay with a clean palate of stonefruit, almond nougat.
