A wine for the dinner ramblers! This easy drinking Pinot Noir was harvested from select vineyards around the Marlborough region. Crafted for the energetic folk that after a day of rambling, deserve to find a spot, park up and pour a glass of pure Pinot pleasure.
The fruit for this wine was machine harvested from an array of Marlborough Vineyards, planted in the free draining fertile soils that enhance the fruits flavours. At the winery, the grapes were cold soaked for hours extracting attractive colour and tannin from the skins. The fruit was hand plunged during the fermentation stage, extracting any remaining flavours retained in the fruit. Racked off of lees the wine was sent to barrel to experience a second malolactic fermentation before going to bottle.
