The fermentation was pump over daily on skins to maximize colour and tannin extraction. The wine was pressed at dryness and maturated on French oak staves for 12 months before being blended, lightly egg-white fined and filtered before bottling.
Food Pairing: Full-bodied with silky fine-grained tannins make this a perfect food wine around the BBQ.
