A dark garnet Cabernet Sauvignon expresses cherry jam and red bell pepper aromas with soft notes of chocolate and coffee coming from the oak. Good structure with sweet and robust tannins.
From the Uco Valley and Luján de Cuyo Mendoza region in Argentina. The grapes were grown in alluvial soil with drip irrigation. The vines experienced both a dry and continental climate with great sun exposure, allowing perfect ripening.
Grapes are destemmed and crushed. Maceration is doen before fermentation. Alcoholic fermentation takes 20 days in stainless steel tanks at 26ºC. Natural malolactic fermentation. Aged for six months in French oak and six months in bottle.
