Vibrant red with violet tones. Delicate and balanced blend of forest fruit, marmalades of plum and cherry on the nose. Medium body displaying round tannins.
Grapes are from vineyards in Maipú, Tupungato and Rivadavia in Mendoza. They were hand picked from March 10th.
Grapes were destemmed and crushed. Cold maceration before fermentation 30% thermoflash vinification. 70% traditional vinification, 8 days in stainless steel tanks at 26ºC. Natural malolactic fermentation. Wine was filtered prior to bottling.
Food Pairing: Enjoy it with Prosciutto and gruyere salad with aceto and olive oil dressing.
