Deepest purple ink, this wonderfully rich Carmenere exhibits intense aromas of black currant, black cherry, liquorice and tobacco.   Superbly smooth, the palate is an explosion of dark cherry, chocolate and sweet spice. Perfect with rare venison and strong flavoured cheese.

Carmenere with it’s sweet plum fruit and smooth tannins will partner well with antipasti, flavoursome ragout and pasta, as well as lamb and beef.
