Twin Islands Brut NV
Fresh flavours of strawberry and melon fruit underscored by biscuity characters. Each year another batch is crafted to this style by the tremendous talents of Clive Jones and his spectacular sparkling team.
Twin Islands Brut NV has its Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes harvested from premium sites throughout Marlborough. The grapes are pressed as bunches and chilled before the first ferment, and then soften with malolactic fermentation.
The base wine is then blended after careful selection for the traditional Champenoise secondary ferment in the bottle and left on lees for a minimum of 12 months.
