Tatu is the nickname for Angelo, second-born son of Cosimo and Maria Teresa. A Primitivo with 10% of Aglianico grape, with a very strong and intense taste.
Vinification by maceration with controlled temperature at 26°- 28°C. After malolactic fermentation, aged in French tonneau for at least 3 months.
Food Pairing: Perfect with meat sauce, spicy meat dishes, game, and aged cheese.
