This wine is a classic expression of Marlborough Pinot Noir with aromas of dark cherry and subtle spice. Rich flavours and generous yet silky tannin fill the palate.

The grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness before a short period of cold soak prior to fermentation. Gentle plunging throughout the duration of the ferment helped extract the rich flavours and silky tannin of this wine. At the completion of fermentation the wine was pressed to French oak barrels where it was left tp undergo natural malolactic fermentation and mature.
