Lighter on alcohol but certainly not on flavour. This is a vibrant Sauvignon Blanc with classic regional notes of passionfruit and lime zest leaping from the glass, accompanied by hints of fresh herbs and elderflower. The palate is light and refreshing with juicy acidity.

The 2025 Vintage was characterized by bumper crops and settled weather allowing slow even ripening. This resulted in elegant wines with great purity and freshness.

Cool, controlled fermentation with select yeast strains enhances and protect vibrant aromatics. This wine is bottled in it's youth to capture freshness.
