Seasoned with a mixture of new and older French oak.
Fruit was sourced from a number of specifically chosen naturally low cropping vineyards from the Southern Valleys region of the Wairau Plain in Marlborough. Food Pairing: Perfect to enjoy alongside beef Wellington and potato gratin.
