This bubbly wine was crafted to an off dry style that leaves a fresh and clean feeling on the palate. Drinking beautifully from release, this wine will be a crowd favourite for the next two to three years.
Grown in the Marlborough region, this Sparking Sauvignon Blanc was machine harvested from select vineyards around the region. The winemaking process began the same as most traditional Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc wines, immediately pressed off its skins and fermented in cool stainless-steel tanks, retaining the bright fruit characteristics. It was after fermentation when things took a twist, our team of winemakers selected their final blends and carbonated the finished wine to enliven the flavours and add an attractive sparkle.
