A pale straw coloured Sauvignon Blanc with glints of emerald in the glass. This wine presents aromas of grapefruit, gooseberry and crushed herb with tomato leaf in the mix on the nose. The palate reflects the nose, displaying great vibrancy and fruit weight balanced beautifully with clean, crisp acidity, all gathering momentum to the finish.
