Pisco is a yellowish-to-amber coloured spirit produced in wine making regions of Peru and Chile from grapes. This pisco has been triple distilled to create a transparent spirit. Hand crafted from Moscatel / Muscat grapes, double (and triple for some) distilled, then, aged in French and American oak barrels (for Chilean pisco).
This Pisco was distilled twice in copper kilns and then aged for a minimum period of 2 years in new American oak barrels.
