  • Dry style

"Really lovely fruit-centric bouquet - aromas of fresh cherries and sweet plums, roses and tropical fruit punch. Crisp and just dry on the palate with flavours that mirror the nose along with citrus and apple, and some stony mineral layers. Balanced, youthful, well made. Best drining from today and throughout 2022" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier, The Shout NZ, May 2021

"Bright, lightweight and very pretty bouquet of rose and blossom, apple and peach with a touch of saffron and minerality. Flavours of peaches and apples on the palate with a floral and mineral core. Balanced, even finish with best drinking form 2021 through end of summer 2023" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier, Sep 2021

"Faint pink colour; candied cherry aromas, pleasant, light to medium depth; dry, medium acidity, very good balance; sandalwood and dried cherry flavours, pretty good; medium finish" Wilfred Wong, wine.com, Mar 2021

Pale shiny pink color. Seductive and delicate with ripe red berries and white flowers on the nose. An explosion of fruit. Expressive on the palate with a nice freshness throughout the finish.

A blend of 50% Grenache, 35% Cinsault and 15% Syrah grown in Provence, in the southeast of France, in a countryside valley called les Maures.

Our steadfast commitment to high-quality wine gives a special care dedicated to the grapes after the picking to avoid oxygenation and to preserve a light pink colour.  Destemmed grapes – maceration period for a few hours – pressing – alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature (16-18°C / 60-65°F). Ageing on fine lies for 2 months before bottling.

As the famous pink gemstone 'Tourmaline', this unique flask cradles this jewel from Côtes de Provence.

Food Pairing: Aperitif, salads, grilling and Mediterranean dishes.
